3. Fees and Payment

Fees are due upon ordering. Specific payment terms appear on your invoice. Service commencement occurs after receipt of full payment. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access or work stoppage until payment is settled.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Services

You may cancel a service order within 7 days of purchase if no substantive work has begun. In such cases, we will refund the full fee. If work has commenced, Dataius will deduct the fair value of hours performed and refund the remainder.

4.2 Informational Products

All digital downloads and training modules are final sale. No refunds apply once download links or access credentials have been provided. In case of defective files or access issues, Dataius will replace or correct the item at no extra charge.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may return unopened physical goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Items must be in original condition. Contact us via the contact form to initiate a return.

4.4 Processing Refunds and Transfers

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method. Alternatively, you may request a transfer of service to another date or delegate at no additional cost if notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.

4.5 No-Refund Conditions

Certain offerings such as sealed materials, event tickets, and live webinars are non-refundable once access credentials are issued, due to their one-off nature and immediate delivery. Dataius will clearly mark any such non-refundable items at the point of sale.

5. Modifications and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule booked services once at no extra charge by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Subsequent changes may incur a rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dataius’ total liability for claims under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product at issue. Dataius is not liable for indirect or consequential harm.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
